6 or more bedroom townhouse with 4 bathrooms. This townhouse is in an awesome location in Freemans Bay, within walking distance of the central city, Ponsonby, Wynyard Quarter, and Victoria Park. Despite being so central, we are located in a surprisingly quiet dead-end street surrounded by a park, community centre and small shopping centre/restaurant complex. There's actually 3 rooms becoming available: The small one: It is a small-ish room, (approx. 3m x 2.3m = 7 square metres ) but you'll have first opportunity to upgrade to a balcony room if one of the others moves out. The lounge, dining, kitchen and balcony area on the level below is especially spacious! There is a built-in wardrobe (not visible in the photo) and outside the room is an office area with a large desk that you would be able to use. The room can be furnished with a single bed and linen. There's also some drawers etc. The weekly rent is $180 plus $30 (fixed) for expenses, including water, single bed, internet, power and a weekly cleaner (for common areas).
