Apartamento de 2 quartos quartos para alugar para alugar

I'm looking for a new roommate for March. Awesome location- downtown Calgary, right across the street from the LRT station. Rent is $718/month with everything included except for internet. There's a gym and laundry in the building (just one floor up), as well as access to an outdoor pool and tennis court in the summer. We have an outdoor patio as well, which is really nice to have when the weather is warm. Everything is fully furnished- my roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so it is likely she would be willing to sell much of her bedroom stuff as well.

I'm a pretty easy-going gal, I'm just looking for someone who is respectful and down-to-earth. Preferably looking for another female. I will also accept a short-term stay as long as I have enough notice when you would be leaving. Please contact if you would like to arrange a viewing :)
