Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, private car park, toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and lift. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum two weeks before the move-in date.
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied;
The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment;
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days;
Check-in time: every day from 3pm to 9pm;
Check-out time: by 11am.
