FEMALE RESPONSES ONLY!I have 1 br available to rent in my 2 br condo in bridlewood sw. I am 20 years old female, married, however my husband is leaving the country for 6 months or so, therefore I am renting my extra room to cover his expenses back home. I am a laid back individual, working lots of hours, and like to stay home to relax after work, wouldnt mind going out but rarely get the time. I do have a cat, he is 7 months old. Cable, phone, internet, in suite washer and dryer, and underground parking stall is included in the rent. Rent is 600.00, however negotiable aswell and security deposit is required, but can be paid in installments. Let me know if your interested. Thanks
