To share fully furnished two bedroom condo in beautiful central Bankview with single female professional in late twenties(thats me;)): LOCATION! LOCATION! Bus stop right out the front door! -Condo is over 1000 square feet and just steps to trendy 17th Ave SW -Newly renovated with soaker tub, large walk out ground floor patio and good sized bedroom with closet organizer, wood burning fireplace, 42” flat screen, digital cable with PVR -Recently updated trendy stainless hardware in kitchen and will be replacing white appliances with stainless -Must be pet friendly as I have 1 very friendly cat - I would consider another cat and am currently trying to get approval for a small dog so small pets may be considered. -In suite washer, dryer and stand up clothing steamer -Dishwasher and additional 15 cu. freezer -BBQ Must be currently working or have a job set up and have at least one decent tenant/room mate references, be respectful and tidy. aka someone with good Karma :) Room will be available at the end of April - my current roommate will be leaving on the 26th so move in date could be as soon as the 27th.$500 damage deposit – I will definitely return this if you don’t ditch on the lease or destroy the carpet or furniture in my place. $675onth plus half electricity (about $25/mo), cable and internet, duration is negotiable would consider 3 to 12 month lease. I don’t spend a ton of time at home and am out most nights, I enjoy pubs, patio’s, and love to head out to Canmore or Banff for the weekend to ski or just hang. I am a fairly social person but by no means do I party every night because I work a 9 to 5.I’m really easy to get along with. I dig casual parties, don’t mind having people over and have great friends and would like to have a roommate that would be cool to hang out with.
