Tour rooms:
-Rooms with sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) on the floor, LCD satellite Tv in social room, WIFI internet connection for a limited number of rooms.This type of accommodation is preferred by artisans, tourists, students and many others
Possibilities for spending a free time:
Our guesthouse is situated in the centre of Rosice city, 18 kilometres west from Brno (about 15 minutes to the centre of Brno by car). We offer great location for guests visiting trade fairs (about 15 minutes to BVV by car) and Brno circuit (about 3 kilometres).

Breakfast is served even in the early morning hours, according to guest´s wish
